This hotel needs a new receptionist.
In terms of value for money and location, this hotel is a good option. However, some staff members are rude and the facilities are a bit dilapidated. Moreover, the cleanliness of the lobby is negligible and the comfort is lacking. This hotel is great for a one-night stay or a low budget trip. Otherwise, choose another hotel.
The receptionist—an elder Korean woman—was extremely rude and condescending. When I made the reservation, the room was for two individuals. However, only one person was going to stay. Since a friend and I were going to be dropping off the actual guest, we assumed that we could drop her off and leave. However, the receptionist became extremely cantankerous and meddlesome and denied my friend and I entry to the hotel. Had the reservation not been paid before arrival, we would have left.
